I’M NOT SURE IF KRAV MAGA IS FOR ME. CAN I TRY IT OUT BEFORE SIGNING UP?
No problem! We offer a Free Trial Class to anyone who wants to try one of our Krav Maga Level 1 classes as well as Fitness Kickboxing or Fitness Circuit classes. You’re also welcome to come and observe a class anytime.
WHAT CLOTHING OR EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR MY FIRST CLASS?

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE BEFORE I CAN TAKE KRAV MAGA?
You do not need to be fit to get started! Krav Maga is adaptable to all fitness levels. However, if you have any specific concerns feel free to talk with any of our experienced instructors. Krav Maga is what gets you in shape. Fitness is a journey, not a destination.

I HAVE A BACKGROUND IN OTHER MARTIAL ARTS. CAN I BEGIN TRAINING IN INTERMEDIATE OR ADVANCED CLASSES IMMEDIATELY?
As a self-defense system, Krav Maga differs from traditional martial arts and MMA in its training approach and mindset. Because of this, we require that all students new to Krav Maga must start in our Level One classes, regardless of previous experience. However, people of all backgrounds and expertise will find our Level One classes both fun and challenging.
I HAVE PREVIOUS KRAV MAGA EXPERIENCE AT A DIFFERENT GYM. CAN I JUMP INTO INTERMEDIATE OR ADVANCED CLASSES?
We recognize ranks earned at any other Krav Maga Worldwide® certified gyms. Just let us know where you trained and when you last tested and we will get you placed in the appropriate class. However, if it has been a while since your last Krav Maga class, we recommend starting with Level One to reorient yourself into training.
If you trained at a non-Krav Maga Worldwide® school, we require that you start in Level One so that we can evaluate your capabilities. If you have any questions, please feel free to talk with any of our senior instructors.
DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE CLASSES?
