Our fight class is designed to safely and progressively teach students how to spar with skill and strategy; not just slug it out. Our instructors guide the students through a series of exercises using focus mitts and Thai pads; attack, defense and counter-attack drills; footwork, and movement practice; as well as multiple attacker scenarios.

In addition to learning stand-up sparring strategies, our fight classes regularly incorporate ground fighting providing students the opportunity to apply the techniques learned in our Krav Maga classes in a dynamic sparring situation. Students train to execute Krav Maga ground fighting and grappling techniques that fit into the broader strategy of defending oneself in violent encounters when being on the ground is imminent.
